Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pro Subscriptions

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

2. Digital Purchases

Purchases of games, cartridges, streamer subscriptions, and advertising space are non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content.
  • Duplicate charges resulting from a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorised transactions made without your consent.

4. Developer & Creator Payouts

If a buyer refund is issued (for example, due to fraud or a chargeback), the corresponding creator or developer payout will be adjusted accordingly. We will notify the affected creator or developer when such an adjustment is made.
